SnapHire announced today that, effective immediately, SnapHire is restructuring into two regional operating companies.

SnapHire, Inc., will provide SnapHire exclusively to the US market. SnapHire NZ Ltd will provide SnapHire in New Zealand, Australia, and the rest of the world.

SnapHire has also announced the acquisition of Joblio, a technology company that has developed an innovative recruitment networking system.
